Country of incorporation and main country of operation
VNH was incorporated in the Cayman Islands and is listed on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange in the UK as well as the Entry Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange in Germany. The Company is focused on investments in Vietnamese equities.
The rights of shareholders may be different from the rights of shareholders in a UK incorporated company.
