Description of business

VietNam Holding Ltd. (VNH) is an investment company dedicated to sustainable investments in Vietnamese equities. The Company’s investment policy can be downloaded here:

 

Country of incorporation and main countries of operation

VNH was incorporated in the Cayman Islands and is listed on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange in the UK.

Due to VNH’s focus on Vietnamese equities and its European shareholder base the Company’s investment manager maintains a representative office in Vietnam as well as a subsidiary in Switzerland.

 

Restrictions on the transfer of the Company's securities

As VNH is incorporated in the Cayman Islands the rights of shareholders may be different from the rights of shareholders in a UK incorporated company.

 

UK City Code on Takeovers and Mergers

The Company is not subject to the UK City Code on Takeovers and Mergers and has not voluntarily adopted any similar provisions. The Company is subject to the legislation applicable to entities incorporated in the Cayman Islands.
